The Targeted Athlete Program uses age appropriate curriculum for male and female players ages 12-17. Basketball Manitoba will be sharing the program practice plans that were used with the program on a regular basis. The plans follow the current Return to Basketball Phases as set by Basketball Manitoba and Canada Basketball.
